Rule 228
Power to regulate entry
(1) The meeting of the Assembly shall be open in general. (2) The President shall have the authority to regulate and control the entry keeping in mind the convenience of the persons who come to watch the proceedings of the Assembly. In order to regulate such entry, the chairman may arrange or order an entry ticket as necessary. (3) A person who enters the meeting building by taking an entry ticket issued in accordance with sub-rule (2) shall comply with the conditions mentioned in such entry ticket and if anyone does not comply with those conditions, such person shall be removed from the meeting by the order of the chairman. Eviction from the building can also be done.
